My sister was out with a friend last night in Texas. They both got drunk. She asked him if he was okay to drive and he said yes. They left and she fell asleep in the car. When she woke up they had hit someone. They hit a man on a motorcycle and the man had to be life flighted to a hospital. The driver was arrested but they released my sister. Can she get into trouble for this as she wasn't driving in the car and was a passenger.
