access to child

I have not seen my child in over a week. I was just server divorce papers. and i dont go to court until the 1st of march and i dont have an attorney...Do I have the right and access to my children

You certainly have a "right", but it is not going to be enforced in your favor until March 1. If you're going to court on March 1, sounds like a temporary restraining order was issued; and, for sure, you had better follow this ORDER of the Court.
