Can my attorney enter into a cotract to purchase stuff for his outside organization from the person we are suing. Cant that money help the other party fight against me

Talk to your attorney about your concerns.

If you are suing Home Depot and his " outside organization" makes purchases that would not be relevant since it's so large.

You cannot control how the company you are suing uses their money to defend themselves in a lawsuit.

It would also depend on what the "outside organization" is - does he serve on the board? is he responsible for purchasing decisions or someone else? did he inter-act with the company when he made the purchase? is he the sole person running this "outside organization"? As you can see, there are many answers needed to address your concerns.

If you are not comfortable with your arrangement with this attorney, then switch attorneys.
