Back Child-Support Pay in Texas

What's the back child-support pay in TX. Example, if the mother of my child shows up at my door step 5 years after the child is born, can she demand payment retroactive to when the child was born?

In short, Yes. You, however, can receive credit for any support you provided the child already, if any. They Court doesnt have to grant retroactive support especially when the father did not know of the child.
