How old do you have to be in the state of Texas to own or use a BB gun?
Are there special laws about using them in the city limits?

Recent state laws have begun to limit the authority of the city to regulate the use of BB guns, however, in many situations (mainly on less than 10 acres of land) and (newly-annexed property) cities still govern the use and discharge of BB guns. You will need to research the city ordinances of the specific city.
