Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have bees separated for almost 9 months and husband has moved out 9 months ago. We are going through divorce process that started in November 2011. In January I started receiving texts and phone calls from other males. Can he use this against me even though he was gone from home and divorce already started? We live in Texas, Collin county.

Receiving texts from other males is not adultery. That doesn't mean he won't try to use it against you somehow in Court ("where there's smoke, there's fire").
