Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hello. My name is Brandon. 4 years ago my parents got a divorce and my dad signed the papers say that if I went to college then he would have to pay child support until I graduated. First of all I am having a hard time believing that an 18-22 year old requires child support being that I am not a child legally. Also my mom lives in New York and I am in texas going to school in San Antonio, so I don't understand why she receives child support if I am not even in the same time zone. Also so far she has received 2 months worth of child support but I haven't seen any of it what so ever. Is there any way to revoke this child support because she Is literally using me and stealing the money that is meant for me. Thank you. Please tell me if there is anything I can do.

I assume your parents divorced in NY. You need to re-post under NY law.
