Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If a had a child custody agreement in 2006 n my child's mother is now refusing to let me see my daughter. Do I need a new agreement or can the current one be enforced?

Was the agreement ever the subject of a Court order? That is, do you have something signed by a Judge?

If you don't, then the agreement isn't enforceable. You'll need to go to Court.
