Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child support

I want o file a petition for modification of child support and also residency. I currently cannot move from Harris or the adjoining counties and would like to move to Dallas. What forms do I need?

I am sorry, but you do not need forms, you need a lawyer. What you propose is generally denied by the judge, absent an agreement or a compelling reason. (a new job or family ties or new boy/girlfriend is rarely a compelling reason).
