Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have child support warrant for non- payment. Child support ended on 3-8- 2016. Her 20th birthday. How can I get warrant lifted without going to jail. And can I still be arrested for non payment.

By "warrant" I think you're saying that a capias has been issued.

Getting served with a citation isn't the same as a "warrant."

Did the child support really extend to the child's 20th birthday? This is very unusual.

If there's a capias outstanding, you need to contact the entity (the Attorney General?) that issued it.
