Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Who chooses whats best until the divorce?

My wife left the household, and i have our 20 month old child. At the time my wife is not stable and is very emotion unsound. She wants to take the child away to with her, and i feel thats not whats best, this is her home and i have been the one raising her since all this has happened. She only wants to see her when its convientant for her, and i feel thats just going to make it worse for my daughter. I need to know if i have the right to make the desisions on what is best for her now, I have no problem with her seeing her daughter, but when it comes to taken off with her alone, without me, i do not feel thats safe to do. Her family has made comments they will come and take my daughter for her own good, but i think right here with me is the best thing for her...please what are my legal rights here?

Right now, you're in the best position to determine what's best for the child. You had better see a lawyer right away, or you run the risk of losing your advantage. I can't imagine why you are wasting your time on a legal website.
