Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Collaborative Divorce

When is it too late to stop a collaborative divorce and change to litigation? Papers have been drawn up but they keep getting sent back from the other party's lawyer with changes and additions. My lawyer is no help and I feel that I am losing any chance for a fair settlement.

Re: Collaborative Divorce

Get a new attorney if you don't have confidence in yours, but you might try to talk with them first.
