How much would it cost to file for a request for temporary orders for sole managing conservatorship of a child in Dallas, Texas?

You can't file for temporary orders unless you are also pursuing some form of long term conservatorship as well. There is a filing fee for both the temporary order and the lawsuit to establish a more permanent conservatorship. Plus you need to serve the other party with process, which requires paying a process server. The filing fee schedule is available on the Dallas County District Clerk's website.
