Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Trying to get custody of children

I am trying to get custody of my children. Here of some of the items that would come up if it got nasty. We have been separated for nine months. Her boyfriend sleeps at the house alot. Everybody in the house knows they have sex, even the children. My wifes mother used to sell drugs from her house and there was a drug raid, I children were there at the time and saw everything. My wife was arrested but not convicted, because she was just visiting. My son knows what cocaine is because he has seen his grandmother pack the stuff to sell. The only thing my wife has on me is that I used to watch pornogrophy on the computer for almost 2 years. My kids what I used to do because there mother told them. Is there any chance I could get custody of my children. Their mother has the house, but I am closing on a house right now. Thanks

Re: Trying to get custody of children

Getting custody of your kids will be a contested matter in family law litigation. This will require evidence for each fact that you discussed (and some that you didn't). Contested custody cases are usually very expensive. If you wish to discuss this matter, contact me by e-mail, and we can talk about it further.
