Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughters Father has not seen her since she was 3 months old, and she is now 2 and this is his weekend and he is wanting her. And she don't know who he is, what should I do?

Is there a court order?

If not, he is a "stranger" to her. Tell him to file a paternity suit and get legal visitation established. Then if he does not return her there is a court order to enforce.
