Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am going through a divorce in which my soon to be ex husband is currently on supervised visitation. We were told to do a phase in plan so that he could ease into getting off of supervised. I don't have an attorney but he does and his attorney wants me to send him a copy of the agreement that was verbally agreed upon without any signatures on it. I just want to make sure this is legal and I'm not going to get screwed if I send it over to him.

Go ahead and send his attorney a copy of the agreement. He would be entitled to get it if he engaged in pretrial discovery.
