Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

can I get divorce papers online if we have no community property or any assets to split? It will be non contested.

If there are no minor children and no debts or property then there are free Texas forms available on-line.

Look on www.texaslawhelp.org

You have to file petition first, THEN have Waiver of Service notarized and Final Decree of Divorce signed by the other party. The other party should NOT sign anything until after you have filed the divorce petition and been given a cause number and a court number.
