divorce property settlement

Pertaining to divorce: How can I recover property awarded to me through aribitration? Can I file a motion with the court to force my spouse to turn over the balance of the property that was awarded to me 16 months ago?

You can file a motion to enforce. Be sure and ask for attorneys fees. If he doesn't comply, you can make a motion for contempt. Good Luck.
