I want a divorce will he get half my money and land that was left to me?

Anything that you obtain via will or heirship before or during the marriage is separate property and cannot be divided by the court. Likewise, property that you owned before the marriage is separate property and cannot be divided.

Property that you obtained during the marriage, such as wages, is presumed to be community property and can be divided by the court.
