Drink with the kids

I need to know what I can do ... my X husband drinks around the kids and then he drives them home ... last night I call the cops because he drove my daughter home and you could tell he had been drinking. My daughter said he was all over the road the whole way home. Is there anything I can do?

Re: Drink with the kids I presume there are orders in place. You should request a Temporary Restraining Order to prevent him from visitation and request a Motion to Modify that all...
