Extracuricular Activities

Is it possible to enforce payment of extracuricular activities from non-custodial parent? In our divorce he is required to pay for half of agreed upon activities. He has made some payments in the past, but now says he doesn't agree with extra school activities (cheerleading and drill team. He does attend some of these activities.

If it was court-ordered, then it can be enforced. It is not a usual requirement, but it is allowed, and therefore can be enforced.
