From your question, it sounds like your ex agreed to a different time than what the judge specified in the decree and then did not comply. The judge has the power to enforce his orders by finding your ex in contempt of court. The court does not have the power to enforce your agreements.

You have two options. The first is to send a certified letter to your wife and inform her that you will now go by the schedule specified in the decree. The second option is to file a motion to modify the schedule, have a hearing and and use modified schedule that the court orders.

In either event, if she fails to fails to follow the court ordered schedule. file a motion to enforce.

This is a rather complicated procedure. You will need an attorney's help. Be sure to keep records when she does and does not follow the court's orders. Make police reports when she does not follow the court's order
