Father lies to court and me

father has temp custody of kids went to court, court orders him to provide insurance for kids but found out he no longer works for company it has been a while since he worked but told court he works there and has insurance for kids. Also daughter is enrolled in school but has been 2 days that she has missed he never bothered to ask what school she attends to and told me she will be going to the school but call school and she is not enrolled there and does not have any openings.Father also tells me he is still working but i found out he is not what could happen ?

You only real remedy is to take your husband back to court to show the court how is not complying with the court's orders or is lying to the court. Be sure to document all lies and times when he doesn't comply with orders. Even if you don't bring it to the court's attention prior to trial, you can use it at a final trial.
