What do I do if I find out my child's father has been making way more money but never increased the child support?

Modify. He is only currently ordered to pay $XXXX. If he makes more money he is not ordered to do more until a judge tells him to do so. If you have no money try the Texas Attorney General's office they are very slow but free. If you want to move it through quickly then try www.avvo.com for an attorney in your county.
