Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My grandson is 13 has lived with me (grandmother) all his life in April. 2014 he went to live with his dad in Virginia I flew him back to visit in June now he doesn't want to go back his dad says he has to go back. What do I need to do now?

Unless there is a court order regarding custody you don't need to do anything. If you want custody of the child, or at least visitation rights you need to hire a family law attorney.
