Husband wants to adopt my daughter. No biofather around and never been in the picture. No rights and not on birth certificate. Can we file ourselves?

Yes, you can file it yourselves, but you probably won't be successful.

It's called a petition for termination and adoption. Because an adoption is involved, a social study is required.

You'll be better off if you hire a lawyer.
