Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If a kid 18, almost 19 was getting a , by word, 30 day notice parent that they are getting kicked out, are they aloud to kick him out early in the state of texas.

A child in Texas becomes an adult when he turns 18. At that age, he can join the military without his parents' consent; he can get married without his parents' consent; he can move to Alaska without his parents' consent.

Generally, his parents no longer have a duty to support him after he turns 18. The exception to this is where a child support order provides that the monthly child support is payable until the end of the child's senior year, which may occur several months after his 18th birthday.

Yes, his parents can kick him out.
