Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What are my legal rights when it comes to retroactive child support in the state of Texas? He knew of the child and knew the likelihood that he was his father was very high given circumstances surrounding the pregnancy. Since I am having to transfer the case to Texas will the state of Texas go after him for retroactive support on their own or will I need to get a lawyer?

Texas has 4 year retro max. I recommend that you hire an attorney. Look on this website and avvo.com for an attorney in your county.
