Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex wants to modify our existing decree that went into effect in February of this year. His attorney wants to set up mediation, but I have no idea what my ex wants to modify. Can I demand a copy of the proposed modification prior to mediation so I have an idea of what I'm walking into?

Ask his lawyer. Better yet, send him a letter - paper letter - asking him what they want.
