The mother of my child has ignored all contact from me for over two months and is not allowing me to see my son. Is this legal?

If you have a possession order that grants you possession or visitation then the mother cannot deprive you of your access rights under that order. If you do not have a possession order then the mother does not have to give you contact with your child. Your remedy would be to file a SAPCR to establish paternity and obtain visitation.
