Do I have to move my child support case to another state if I live in another state and my ex-wife do to?

If everyone has left Texas then the case might need to be moved to the state where the child lives. Talk to an attorney in the new state.

Otherwise, you can keep paying through San Antonio Disbursement Unit if nothing else needs to be modified.

If visitation need to be changed since you live further away, you will need to move case and file a modification in the new state.
