Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Move Away - Modification

Texas law - ex married a guy in military, she moved out of our county 3 years ago now she is wanting to move out of state. In the 3 years while she was out of our county she sent my child back to live with me because she could not handle him. Now she is wanting to move out of the state. I am fighting this as it is not in the best interest of our child. What are my chances of keeping him in Texas? Our original divorce decree 6+ years ago was AGREED now she wants to change her mind? If I do nto fight it then next year they could move to Utah or somewhere! What do I do? What are my chances? I feel as if I am suffering from PAS and I do nto have contac with my kid if the mom is not happy. I need help FAST!
