Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If I am doing a non-contested divorcee, through his attorney and within the previsions that we have to agree to, there is one that is not undermine, what should I do? We have a child together and according to Texas law someone has to serve as the primary parent; however, the prevision states "you have the exclusive right to designate the primary residence of your child without regard to geographic location." Am I obligated to have that option also?

Who is getting primary custody? if your husband is getting primary custody with the right to determine residence without geographic restriction that means that he can move to Europe tomorrow and you have no say so. if you are the primary parent without residency restriction that means that you can move anywhere in the world that you like to do. I hope that information is helpful. if you don't understand, please please hire a family law attorney in your area immediately.
