Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have primary custody of my daughter which I got through mediation through court system after mother was charged and convicted of child endangerment. I agreed to her having visitation in which now my daughter is saying that she is being beaten by boyfriend I have called CPS there is an open case but seems that they will not do much about the matter they will not keep boyfriend away from my daughter, my money is limited for attorney to take back to court what should I do

You need to file a motion for modification and ask for a restraining order and also ask for temporary orders.

By the way, in Texas it is a felony to fail to follow a visitation order (that is, to refuse to surrender the child to Mother on Mother's visitation days).

It is ALSO a felony to put a child into a situation that is a danger to her physical or emotional health.
