Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Im pro se in my divorce i am also the respondent we are facing our final hearing he has filed a discovery and since i didn't know what I was doing i never countered petitioned but now i want to file a motion for judge to confer with child plus i want to serve him a discovery is it too late if the hearing is may 1 or is it still a possibility

I agree with Keith, and would go further to say that the only thing for you to do now is to quickly get an attorney. You are trying to succeed in a process that is complicated and difficult. It was not intended for lay people to handle their own contested cases. This is beyond DIY. Please truly help yourself by finding an attorney in your area.
