Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a protective order for my ex also my childs father. Would it be violation of the protective order or his probation? A month ago he was calling all hours throughout the night drunk and cussing at me saying he'd replace me as our daughters mother and hopes I die. Then messaged me, asking Where am I ? I tell him leave me alone then he text saying "f" you b**** I hate you. "Enjoy time with your kids while you can." As well as, he will bring hell upon me . He has supervised visitation 4hrs once a month, our daughter is 20 months old. He hasn't shown up for visitation the last 2 times. I'm scared he is up to something or planning to hurt me . Is there something I can do?

Call the police. Now.

A protective order is given to the local police (after it's signed). Your ex has committed a crime.
