Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I read my final orders of a custody agreement and I was originally picking up my son at 330 and the order States 9am. Now she's trying to fight it. Is there anything she can do or do I have the right to my son at 9am?

I'm not entirely sure I understand your question but the terms in the possession order define your rights and responsibilities unless you two have agreed to something different after the fact. That agreement can always be terminated and either a new agreement or default back to the terms of the order. The order can be changed by going back to court.
