Retirement

My husband retired a couple of years ago and we've been married for over 28 years. For the 1st 11 years of our marriage, I stayed home to raise our two children. Given this situation, am I entitled to any portion of his retirement/pension plan he may have acquired during our marriage?

In a divorce, you would be entitled to 1/2 of the pension that was earned during the 28 years of marriage. Good Luck.
