Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Signed AOP and now is denying paternity

Father signed AOP 2/2005 and is now trying to deny paternity so he will not have to pay child support. Judge already said we don't have to submit to dna test because time has passed to recind AOP. His attorney keeps filing motions to drag this out. I need a 2nd opinion on what to do. I want to move forward and request help of AG. Is he going to be able to challenge paternity there as well?

If you are asking for a second opinion it sounds like you already have an attorney. This site is not intended for that purpose. Also, going to the AG while you already have an open case is not the thing to do.
