Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can I sue to have a paternity test for a child that may be mine? The mother says she is. However, I have requested tests and she never shows.

You need to hire an attorney to help you. A judge can order her to appear and have the DNA testing done. I would not attempt to try to do this yourself. As you can see, she keeps ignoring you. An attorney will know the paperwork to file to get her attention. Good luck!

Look on this website and on www.avvo.com for an attorney in your area.
