Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

MY WIFE FILED A DIVORCE PETITION AND I WAS SERVED IN OUR RESIDENCE. Now just yesterday, she asked that I move out of the house by the end of the month even before I have responded to the petition or before the matter has been heard by the judge in court. She is even treatening to have me removed if I am still there at the end of the month. Is this legal? I believe that since I was served at this location, if i moved before the case is set for hearing, i run the risk of not being easily reached or contacted by the court thereafter for the hearing of the case. What do you think is the right thing to do now?

You don't have to move unless the judge signs an order that you must move.
