Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My wife filed for divorce and sole custody, she is going to prison so her parents hired another lawyer and filed as interferors saying she is unfit to have sole custody of our son, in the meantime we got back together and she called her attorney and told him she didnt want the divorce and wanted me to still have custody of our son, he told her that they just wouldn't show up in court, but I still have to go to court against her parents, I don't have an a ttourney and court is tuesday, if she isn't taking my custody rights from me why am I having to go to court against her parents

Her parents are intervenors. And yes, they are "interferors" also.

You need to get an attorney - one who is familiar with Troxel vs. Granville.
