Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My wife and I have lived in texas all of our lives, have been married for 14 years, separated for approximately 10 years. I have documents granting me full custody of our 14 year old son. I have had and supported him since his birth. She has been in trouble with the law many times, has 4 kids with four different men (myself included) and is currently incarcerated in texas until October of this year. She has agreed to and will sign divorce papers. Can I prepare and file the necessary documents on my own and if so what documents do I need? Thank you.

There are free divorce forms on a website. I think it is texaslawhelp.org

You might want to hire an attorney to make sure it is done properly.

LOOK ON THIS WEBSITE AND WWW.AVVO.COM FOR A FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY.

I re-read your question. If the other children were born during your marriage to her then you are the presumed father of these other kids. I assume that you don't want to be their dad. Hire an attorney to help you get divorced.
