What will happen if i dont respond to a petition for SAPCR suit and order to appear for temporary order hearing?

Are you sure it was an ORDER to appear?

If it's an order to appear, you should show up in Court.

If it's not an actual order, and you don't show up, the Court will make a ruling without any input from you. This is generally a bad thing.
