had car accident 11 march 2012. the woman i hit stopped 160ft from red light. i rear ended her. my insurance refused my claim but paid hers i think. the police report showed no at fault, and no witness. can i still be sued if i am on disablity?

Yes, you can still be sued, even if you are on disability. However, if you have liability insurance, the insurance carrier should provide you a defense.
