Legal Question

Im dealiing with a car dealership in arlington texas named moritz cadillac. they are refusing to install my transmission that they took off my vehicle, a 2000 cadillac deville dts. which i didnt give them permission to remove. they did it on their own. now they want me to pay to have it reinstalled or have it towed home. which i refuse to do. i drove the car there and i want to drive it out.
