Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

A man ran a stop sign in TX and I hit him broad side. He is in critical condition at a hospital. Police report says he was totally at fault for the accident because he didn't stop. Can he sue me for anything.

People can always sue; the question is whether he will win. If you have not, report this to your insurance company that will provide you a defense.
