co- worker harassment defamation of character
What legal grounds is there for defamation of character in the work place by fellow workers. If a co-worker has gone to the company and filed sexual harassment charges, and alsoto the union and filed suits against you or in the case of the union against a manager, siting you as falsifing records and stealing; yet all charges have been proven false, what legal steps can be taken.

You can sue them for slander, for what it's worth.
You might speak with a lawyer that specializes in labor law; they may know some remedy that would apply to the workplace.
