Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

I am a resident in San Antonio TX. I am 19 years old and pregnant and I am due in two more weeks. I used to live for two months with the father. We didn't got married but as soon as he met me he was talking about that. I also found out that he is an Illegal Alien. He worked with a fake name, haves a bank account either with the fake name or from a friend. I left his apartment because he infected me with herpes after being pregnant. All he wanted was a baby to get his Legal Papers. When he saw that I wasn't going to put my baby and myself at risk, he called my mother and told her to take me to get an abortion. He is in the United States running away from the mother of his other kid that is 7 yrs old. I just wanted to ask if it is possible to find him, I don't know if he found another fake name and SSN. I don't want him in my life or the baby's, I dont want his last name, all I want is child support, is that possible???

Your question is actually a Family Law question, as his immigration status would have nothing to do with him owing you child support. In fact, if he was deported, you'd never see any financial support, so it's in your best interest that he remains in the U.S.

Since he is allegedly "illegal", it may be very difficult for him to find work, at least documented work. This means, even if a court awards you child support, you may never see any money if he is not on anyone's payroll.

As for finding him, you might want to contact a private investigator, as the Government is not going to assist you with that.

Good luck!
