Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

I want to travel to India on 23rd April, just after filing my h1b visa for this FY. I will come back on july 12th. Please discuss the consequences of doing the same. Will my application get rejected or i wont be allowed to enter USA. What will be the status on my I94. My current visa status is H4.

As long as you are in valid, non-immigrant status now, I don't see why your trip should affect your I-129 petition, assuming it is chosen for processing.
